"Clean place, but the wait was annoying"
The store was really clean, and even the tables looked freshly wiped down, which I appreciated. But i got frustrated with how long I had to wait. Nice atmosphere, just wish the service had moved a little faster.

"Pretty good when I want to switch up my sandwich"
I like Togo’s when I’m in the mood for a sandwich that doesn’t feel totally standard. For me, being able to pick the bread and add or remove certain things is a big plus, because I’m kind of picky and usually want it made a specific way.
That said, I feel like the online customization could be easier. I’ve looked for toppings I assumed would be there and couldn’t find them, and a couple times my special notes didn’t really come through. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but I do think the ordering experience could be a little smoother.

"I Fully Panicked, But They Sorted It Out"
My online order got mixed up and I immediately acted like it was the end of civilization. Thankfully, support got back to me quickly and fixed it without turning it into some huge ordeal. It wasn’t a perfect experience, but they handled it nicely enough and saved me from spiraling over a small order issue

"Way Bigger Than I Expected"
I ordered from togos the sandwich was huge. Like, am I the only one who didn’t realize they give you that much meat and toppings? It definitely wasn’t one of those sad, thin subs you regret buying. I only made it through half and saved the rest for later, which almost never happens for me. For the price, I was happy with the portion size.

"Helpful for checking hours, but I wish they stayed open later"
I usually use Togo's just to check the hours before I head over, and most of the time it’s been accurate. It makes it easy to see if my local shop are open for lunch or dinner without having to call anyone.
The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is because some locations closes earlier than I expect, especially during the week. It’s not a huge problem, but a little extra evening time would be nice

The bread was dry, and the meat tasted kind of old to me. I’m not totally sure if it had been sitting out too long or what, but it definitely didn’t seem very fresh...

"Worked Fine, Just a Slow Pickup"
Overall, it worked fine and did what I needed it to do. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the pickup being slower than I expected, which made the whole experience feel a little frustrating in the moment.

"Friendly enough, but a little slow"
I walked into Togo’s and the staff did say hi, which I appreciated. I was kind of thinking, okay, nice start. But then the service felt a little slow, and it seemed like they were more focused on chatting with each other for a bit. Nothing was rude or anything, so I didn’t feel uncomfortable, just not exactly super welcomed either. The food was fine, pretty much what I expected. Overall, the friendliness was there, but it felt average.

"Pretty Good, Just Double-Check Your Order"
I ordered from togos and overall it was okay, but not totally perfect. The sandwiches were mostly made the way I picked them, but one topping was missing and they gave me the wrong chips. Not the end of the world, we still ate everything, but it’s a little annoying when you order online because you’re expecting the details to be right. I’d probably order again, but my advice is to check your bag before leaving if you’re picking up, or just be prepared in case something small is off.

"Catering showed up really late"
The sandwiches were fine, but the catering order arrived late, which threw off our plans. I get that delays happen, but it would’ve been nice to at least get an apology or some kind of acknowledgment.

I end up going to Togo’s often because I can usually pull right in and find a spot without circling around. Even during lunch, it’s not one of those places where getting there feels like half the effort. Makes it easy to grab a sandwich and get back to my day.

"Easy little lunch stop"
I stopped by Togo’s for lunch and it reminded me of those quick, no-stress lunch breaks I used to take when I just needed a quiet minute to myself. The place had a really chill feel, the tables were clean, it wasn’t too loud, and the staff seemed relaxed. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough to sit down, eat, and recharge a bit. Solid 4 stars from me.

"Nice rewards, but keep an eye on your points"
The rewards do add up quickly, which I really like. I did have one time where the app missed my points, so I had to check my receipt and make sure everything matched up. Not a huge deal, but it would be nice if it was a little more reliable.

It’s kind of ridiculous how rare this feels nowadays, but they’ve been on time every single time for me. No waiting around, no excuses, no wondering where they are. They say a time and actually stick to it, which I really appreciate.

"Lots of menu options, but confusing info"
The menu had a lot of options, which was nice, but the communication around it was unclear. I had to ask a few extra questions just to figure out what was included, and that got a little annoying.
